Description
Fluffy chiffon cake layers infused with fresh Japanese yuzu citrus. Filled and frosted with silky yuzu buttercream and a touch of lemon curd, topped with candied yuzu peel and edible gold flakes. The flavor is light, tangy, and refreshingly unique.
Cake approximately 20cm in diameter. Serves 10–12.
Ingredients: Japanese yuzu, Lemon, Milk, Eggs, Cake flour, Caster sugar, Butter, Cream, Gold leaf.
