Description

Yuzu sponge roll soaked with Yuzu, Roku Gin (Japanese distilled gin) syrup and filled with Yuzu cream and Yuzu, Roku gin jelly inside. Topped with Yuzu, Roku gin jelly domes and fresh berries fruits. Freshly baked to order.

Cake approximately 18cm long.

Ingredients: Yuzu juice, Milk, Eggs, Oil, Cake Flour, Salt, Caster Sugar, Cream, Raspberries, Blueberries, Roku Gin.
