Description
Elegant Japanese take on the Italian classic. Moist matcha sponge layers are soaked in matcha syrup and layered with mascarpone cream, azuki (red bean) paste, and dusted with premium Uji matcha powder. Decorated with gold leaf and matcha-dusted white chocolate shards.
Cake approximately 18cm by 18cm. Serves 8–10.
