Description
Delicate layers of soft sakura-infused sponge cake, wrapped in a light strawberry mousse and filled with a hidden core of white peach jelly. Finished with a blush pink mirror glaze, fresh edible flowers, and a sprinkle of cherry blossom petals. The cake is airy, fragrant, and captures the essence of Japanese spring.
Cake approximately 20cm in diameter. Serves 10–12.
Ingredients: Sakura essence, Strawberries, White peach, Milk, Eggs, Cake flour, Caster sugar, Cream, Gelatin, White chocolate, Edible flowers.
