This is our Mixed Fruits Roll Cake filled with Chantilly cream, cherry brandy syrup and fruits like Strawberries, Kiwis and Peaches. The cake is topped with more chantilly cream, fruits (Strawberries, Kiwis and Peaches), macaron biscuits and a Yuzu Sake (or Infinitely Vanilla) macaron,

Cake approximately 18cm long.

Ingredients: Strawberries, Raspberries, Blueberries, Milk, Eggs, Oil, Cake Flour, Salt, Caster Sugar, Cream, Vanilla Essense, Cherry Brandy. Yuzu, Sake, Almond, Butter, Chocolate, Vanilla beans
