Ispahan Japanese Shortcake

Description

Ispahan Japanese Shortcake – French rose syrup infused sponge layers soaked in lychee syrup, filled with lychee, raspberry fruits and rose cream. Topped with lychee, raspberry fruits and a rose / vanilla macaron. Freshly baked to order.

Cake approximately 20cm by 20cm in size. Serves 12 – 14.

Ingredients: French Rose Syrup, Milk, Eggs, Oil, Cake Flour, Salt, Caster Sugar, Cream, Raspberries, Lychee, Almond Meal.
