Black Sesame & Kinako Opera

Description

Multi-layered opera cake featuring black sesame jaconde sponge, roasted kinako (soybean flour) cream, dark chocolate ganache, and a thin layer of coffee syrup. Finished with a glossy chocolate glaze, roasted sesame seeds, and a kinako-dusted macaron.
Cake approximately 20cm by 20cm. Serves 12–14.

Ingredients: Black sesame paste, Kinako, Eggs, Milk, Cake flour, Butter, Cream, Dark chocolate, Coffee, Caster sugar, Almond meal.
